<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which controls transferring electric field strength and which can perform transferring by optimum transferring electrolysis intensity which does not generate perturbation of an image. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device has exposing means and developing means for forming images on image carriers and is provided with toner deposition amount detecting means (81 to 84) each of which detects the toner deposition amount of the reference toner pattern image formed on each image carrier and toner electric charge detecting means (86 to 89) each of which detects the electric charge amount of each image carrier and a control means which controls transferring electric field strength based on both detected results of the toner deposition amount detecting means and the toner electric charge amount detecting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
