<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for a guide mark that makes the display surface of the guide mark fixed on a road large and easy to see, can be mounted by one-step in a short time and is securely fixed only by covering the guide mark therewith. <P>SOLUTION: The cover 1 for the guide mark comprises a main body 4 made of a thick cylindrical plastic foaming material having a fitting hole 5 fitted to the guide mark at a center and an outside diameter 1.5 times as large as the fitting hole 5, a protective cover 2 for covering the main body 4 and carrying a reflecting sheet and a fixing means 6 for increasing a force for mounting the cover 1 for the guide mark on the guide mark. The fixing means 6 is formed by compressing and sealing flexible and resilient plastic foam under vacuum in a plastic outer bag. The fixing means 6 is attached inside the fitting hole 5 and fitted to the guide mark. Then, air is injected to the foam of the fixing means 6 to fill a space between the main body 4 and the guide mark with the foam due to the restoring force of the foam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
