<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content delivery system enabling a person to receive the delivery of a Web content according to the content of a printed matter without performing a troublesome input operation through a cellular phone. <P>SOLUTION: (1) An identification code is transmitted from the cellular phone 10 to a conversion server 30. The conversion server 30 retrieves a record matched to the identification code from a charging code management table 46, and acquires the page address of a content selection server 40. (2) The cellular phone 10 is connected to the content selection server 40 of the acquired page address, and a page address in which the Web content corresponding to the content of the printed mater is stored is acquired by use of the attribute and connecting frequency of the cellular phone in a selection part 42.
