<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a homepage creation server, homepage creation method, and program capable of efficiently creating a plurality of shop HP for exhaustively covering shops of a specified category in a specified area. <P>SOLUTION: A shop information system 100 has a shop management server 110, portable terminals 130 and 160, a map server 140, and digital cameras 150 and 150', all of which are connected to the Internet 170. A shop exclusive HP 1100 is created based on shop data received from a shop-side terminal 120.
