<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a office equipment use support system, a server, a program and a recording medium, capable of selecting office equipment optimum for a user and informing it to the user among two or more office equipment in an office according to kinds of data transmitted from the user and position information at a place where the user is currently present. <P>SOLUTION: When the user desires document transmission, the user requests for office equipment information to an office equipment management server 2 via a mobile information terminal 4 owned by the user.
