PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple manufacturing method of heat sinks for solving problems of the manufacturing method of conventional heat sinks wherein radiator fins are calked and fixed to a base or a thick plate is cut, the caulking method requiring a special tool for caulking the fins and the cutting method causing a very high processing cost. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a heat sink adopts a method of projecting tapered pins from a base. Each smaller diametrical part of pins is inserted to a larger diametrical part of each of tapered through holes and projected from each smaller diametrical part of the through holes formed to the base, and the pins are fitted to the through holes to manufacture the heat sink.
