PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find the elasticity (R) of a plurality of spring washers (74) which are laminated in series arrangement (104). SOLUTION: This method includes the steps that a product of an axial load (P) be impressed to the serial arrangement, displacement (Xs) of the serial arrangement, and the number of spring washers (Ns) be integrated so as to obtain the potential energy with respect to the series arrangement, and that at least 2 nonlinear equations be solved.
