PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regent kit, capable of specifically precisely sensing lupus anticoagulant (LA) by discriminating the LA from a specimen of coagulation factor deficiency, or the specimen containing blood coagulation inhibitor, such as heparin, by enhancing its sensitivity with respect to the LA. SOLUTION: The regent kit for detecting lupus anticoagulant is realized by finding out that blood coagulation times for tow kinds of regents which are different in the content rates of phosphatidyl serine to phospholipid, contained in the below regents to the LA containing blood are markedly different. This regent kit is composed of a 1st coagulation measuring regent, containing phospholipid containing the phosphatidyl serine, and a 2nd coagulation measuring regent containing the phospholipid containing the phosphatidyl serine. The rate of the phosphatidyl serine to all phospholipid of the 1st coagulation time measuring regent is different from the rate of the phosphatidyl serine with respect to all the phospholipids contained in the 2nd coagulation time measuring regent.
