PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential pressure/pressure transmitter that prevents plastic deformation or damage of a diaphragm by cleaning an contact liquid diaphragm separately from cleaning inside a tank using a simple structure, for sure cleaning of the liquid contact diaphragm. SOLUTION: An adapter 20 is welded to the surface of a pressure-receiving device 10 which comprises a liquid contact diaphragm 9 and in which a sealing liquid 12 is sealed up. The pressure receiving device 10 is secured to a pressure taking-out part 4 of a tank 1, using a plurality of bolts 50. The adapter 20 is formed in ring and comprises an annular fluid path 41 and a plurality of cleaning nozzles 42 whose one end communicates with the fluid path 41, while the other end opens to the inner peripheral surface of the adapter 20. At cleaning the liquid contact diaphragm 9, a cleaning liquid 53 from a cleaning liquid tank 13 is driven and guided to the fluid path 41 by a cleaning liquid supply pump 44 through a piping 43, and then is jetted from the cleaning nozzle 42 for cleaning the liquid contact diaphragm 9.
