PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring apparatus for storing a state for indicating how much noise is being applied. SOLUTION: A reference comparison means compares the reception signal of a vibrator at a reception side with a reference voltage, verifies the time difference to an arbitrary point in the reception signal after a relation in a level is reversed by a time difference verification means, performs recognition as a noise when there is no time difference obtained from the drive frequency of the ultrasonic vibrator where the time different is preset, and counts the number of applications for a specific period.
