PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for fixing a timepiece to a cover for covering the timepiece that allows the timepiece to be attached or detached to or from the cover and prevents the cover of any shape from falling off by an unexpended external force. SOLUTION: A pair of projections 21b is formed on an edge 21a of a trunk 21 of the timepiece 20. Each of the pair of projections 21b is provided with an insertion hole 21c extending in a width direction of the timepiece.
