PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flexural strength of a post and to reduce the weight and manufacturing cost of the post while preventing the cracking and crushing deformation of the post caused by net tension by providing a reinforcing core material at a maximum stress generated part as stress is generated to the post by the net tension generated at the upper part of the post by net stretching work to the post.
