PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a usable scrub washer exhibiting a high scrub washing force. SOLUTION: The scrub washer 1 comprises a scrub washer body 10 with an attaching hole 16 piercing in the direction of thickness, a locking member 20 with lock parts 22 and 23 with large diameters on both ends of a shaft part 21, and a grip body 30 with a lock hole 34 piercing in the vertical direction. The locking member 20 is inserted in the piercing state into the attaching hole 16 of the scrub washer body 10, and attached to the scrub washer body 10 with one lock part 23 so as not be be disengaged. At the same time, the locking member 30 is inserted in the piercing state into the lock hole 34 of the grip body 30 and the other lock part 22 is locked so as not to be disengaged.
