PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information acquiring device which can further increase the reliability of biological information to be acquired. SOLUTION: This biological information acquiring device 10 includes an existence acquiring unit 101, an information receiving unit 103, and an information transmitting unit 104. In this case, the existence acquiring unit 101 acquires biological existence information indicating whether a living body as a measurement object exists in a compartment 40 as a specified region or not. The information receiving unit 103 receives the measured biological information through a radio communication path. The information transmitting unit 104 transmits the biological existence information and the biological information being related with each other to a biological information processing device 20.
