A method for automated ordering and/or selling of goods in which a first assortment of goods is provided, a second at least partly different assortment is provided from the first assortment, an ordering system is provided, and at least one selling space and at least one terminal with at least one input unit and at least one display unit is provided. With input of a first access authority code, in particular a customer access authority code to the terminal, goods are exclusively ordered from the second assortment via the terminal, and with input of a second access authority code, particularly of a dealer or trader, to the input unit of the terminal, goods can be ordered or are ordered both from the first assortment as well as from the second assortment, via the terminal and via the ordering system. An Independent claim is included for an arrangement for automated ordering and/or selling of goods.
