<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dimensional accuracy of a male screw formed on a blow molded body. <P>SOLUTION: The blow molded body 12 in which a cylindrical peripheral wall 17 is folded inside by a specified distance and the folded wall part 18 spirally makes a round through a step difference part 18A, is integrally molded on the upper part of a container 11. This is cut off from the container 11, and in addition, the inner peripheral side of the wall part 18 is removed in a circular shape on an imaginary line s. The rest 18a of the wall part 18 constitutes a crest part of a female screw. Then, a part corresponding to a valley part of the female screw among the step difference part 18A is removed, and a lid formed with a female screw is completed thereby. When this lid is tightened, the step difference part 18A is brought into contact with the step difference part 14A formed on the terminal end part of the male screw 15 of the container 11 and thereby, the depth of tightening becomes constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
