<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the position controller and position control system of machinery for achieving highly precise position control without damaging vibration suppressing performance even when the characteristics of a machine system fluctuate due to external conditions supposing a high speed control response without decreasing the speed response. <P>SOLUTION: This position controller of machinery is provided with a change parameter arithmetic part 105 for successively changing the parameter of a machinery simulating circuit part 102, 108 indicated in a figure 4 and a compensating torque arithmetic unit 16 based on any of the position information of the other shaft and the load inertia and weight of machinery. Also, this position controller is provided with a change parameter arithmetic part 110 for successively changing the parameter of an instruction filter 30 in a theoretical position/speed control part 107 based on information related with any of the position information of the other shaft and the load inertia and weight of machinery. Also, a parameter table preliminarily obtained from the vibration characteristics of machinery is prepared by the change parameter arithmetic parts 105, 106, and 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
