<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a waterproof horn which is superior in durability by deterring sea water and rainwater from entering a container body of the horn and providing high rust preventiveness by a horn main body. <P>SOLUTION: The waterproof horn is constituted by storing the horn body 3 with its flange part 3' along the internal surface of a disk-like front cover 2 having a raised part 2' at its circumferential edge and continued to a base end of a wind sounding cylinder 1, fitting a synthetic resin-made protection cover 5 to the outer circumference of the main body 3 and of flange part 3' so as to be in close contact with the outer circumference , covering the outer circumference of the protection cover with a bowl-shaped back cover 6, fitting a lower edge 6' of the back cover to the raised part 2' of the front cover to form a sealed space 7 between the front cover 2 and back cover 6, and installing the horn main body 3 which is made waterproof by the protection cover 5 in the space 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
