<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way input/output rotation transmission mechanism that can transmit rotation of an input rotating shaft to an output rotating shaft but cannot transmit rotation of the output rotating shaft to the input rotating shaft in an extremely simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission mechanism comprises the input rotating shaft having an axially orthogonal surface orthogonal to the axial line, a cylindrical output rotating shaft that passes the input rotating shaft and is supported relatively rotatably to the input rotating shaft, a circumferentially inconstant width space forming section that is formed in the input rotating shaft adjacently to the axially orthogonal surface and forms a circumferentially inconstant width space between it and the cylindrical surface inside the cylindrical output rotating shaft, a rolling member inserted into the circumferentially inconstant width space, and an energizing means for applying contact pressure to the rolling member and the axially orthogonal surface. The circumferentially inconstant width space forming section has a shape for applying rotation to the cylindrical output rotating shaft via the rolling member applied with rotation by the axially orthogonal surface when rotation is applied to the input rotating shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
