摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten communication time required for changing over a plurality of sub arithmetic units from low speed operation to high speed operation, and improve responsiveness and a sense of usage of an electronic circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic circuit is provided with a main arithmetic unit 101 having a serial communication terminal SI0 and a plurality of communication target selecting terminals CS1 and CS2, and the plurality of sub arithmetic units 102 and 103 having a function of changing over one's operation between the high speed operation and the low speed operation by an operation change over command from the main arithmetic unit via the serial communication terminal. When the main arithmetic unit changes over the plurality of sub arithmetic units from the low speed operation to the high speed operation, it concurrently selects the plurality of sub arithmetic units via the plurality of communication target selecting terminals, it sends the operation change over command via the serial communication terminal, and the plurality of sub arithmetic units are concurrently changed over from the low speed operation to the high speed operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
