<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod-shaped element holder facilitating pressing work of a rod shaped element. <P>SOLUTION: The rod-shaped element holder comprises standing walls 2 rising from a base plate 1 so as to make a pair, and elastically holding arms 3A, 3B oppositely extending from upper end edges of the standing walls 2 to a slanting lower part in a center direction. The rod-shaped element is pressed in a holding space defined between the pair of the standing walls 2, and the outer periphery of the rod-shaped element is elastically contacted with a tip end edge of either one of the elastically holding arms 3A or 3B. The width W1 of a coupling area coupled to the upper end edges of the standing walls of the elastically holding arms 3A, 3B is established to be narrower than the width W2 of the tip end edge elastically contacting with the outer periphery of the rod-shaped element. Therefore, when the rod-shaped element is pressed in the holding space, the elastically holding arms 3A, 3B can be easily bent to the standing wall 2 sides with small pressing-in force, so that improvement in workability can be greatly expected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
