PARITY CHECK METHOD AND MULTI-ADDRESS DISTRIBUTION NETWORK SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain both broadcasting and IP multicast by securing scalability by combing the broadcasting and the IP multicast and improving reliability.

SOLUTION: Each of data blocks constituting a data block string is made to have redundancy as a component of two parity blocks that are respectively different to thereby improve error correction efficiency in a redundant encoder 5 and a decoder 25. A plurality of receiving sites 20 subjected to pier-to-pier connection to the Internet 10 and for receiving radio waves from a transmitting station 1 mutually complement data that can not be received, and mutually receive complementary data from a receiving site 20 of a connection destination instructed by a mutual connection support server 40. If all of the receiving sites 20 fail in receiving contents data, a receiving site 20 with the fastest line speed directly goes to the transmitting station 1 to obtain complementary data and transfers the complementary data to the other receiving sites 20.
