PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid crystal display panel for preventing a critical defect of short-circuiting between a pixel electrode and a counter electrode due to conductive foreign objects that are generated due to the execution of restoration by laser beams or the like.

SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display apparatus, a projection that is shorter than the shortest distance between the pixel electrode 7 and the counter electrode is formed at an accumulation capacity electrode 8 that is the overlapped section between a source signal line 2 and the pixel electrode 7, thus irradiating the projection with laser beams for luminescent point restoration.
