PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a rate of profit recovery by a provider of spreadsheet software. SOLUTION: When unforgeable license data are purchased and entered, the license data are decoded to set a usable line count L0 in a table T of an account book, whereupon entries in lines of the table T are allowed until a used line count L1 in the table T of the account book reaches the usable line count L0. For repeated use of the table T of the account book, it is necessary to purchase the license data repeatedly, so that a rate of profit recovery by a provider of a spreadsheet program 11 is increased.
