PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone unit which can produce and edit an animation freely at any time, and activate communication by the animation with highly expressive power and rich originality. SOLUTION: A cellular phone unit with a message transmission function comprises a storage part to store data for representing an animation, an input part 301 which a user inputs data for processing the animation, and a camera 306. A static or dynamic image taken in by the camera is incorporated into the animation by arranging it timewise and spacewise, or rearranging it.
