PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform data transmission without applying an excess load to other equipment by a simple method without using asynchronous broadcast communication and a plurality of times of asynchronous communication in transmitting the same piece of data to a plurality of nodes, etc. SOLUTION: When the data transmission is performed, in a transmission part 100, a reception node value as an identifier indicating equipment which performs reception of a data packet is determined in a reception node determination part 102, the reception node value is stored in a prescribed field in a data field different from a header field of the data packet to be used for the data transmission and the data packet is transmitted. When data reception is performed, in a reception part, whether or not the received data packet is the one transmitted to the present equipment is judged by referring to the reception node value stored in the prescribed field and the reception is performed when the data packet is the one to the present equipment.
