PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably obtain the true optimum solution in place of the local optimum solution in the circuit constant optimization required for electronic circuit design. SOLUTION: This circuit constant optimizing method comprises the steps of giving initial parameters of circuit constants, setting the parameter fitting condition, generating different two parameter groups including fluctuation by applying the arithmetic operation to the initial parameters, fitting parameters for obtaining respective circuit constant solutions adapted to the desired circuit characteristics from the respective parameter groups, comparing the circuit characteristics based on two circuit constant solutions, and repeating the processes after the process to generate the parameter group by adjusting the parameter fitting condition when difference in result of comparison is not within a predetermined range, and completing the process when such difference in the result of comparison is within the predetermined range.
