PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce already recorded stream data even if a power source is interrupted when stream data are being recorded in an optical disk. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a third storing section being a nonvolatile storage medium storing reproduction control information, and a restoring section 19 for restoring stream data recorded incompletely on the basis of the reproduction control information stored in the third storing section 11.
