PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating and humidity conditioning apparatus capable of reducing size and lowering cost by forming in a single heater by switching an air passage in a structure for suppressing the inflow of external moisture in rainy season and summer season while ventilating and suppressing the outflow of indoor moisture in winter season. SOLUTION: In this apparatus, a moisture absorbing route 3 is provided in either of an air supply route 104 and an air discharge route 105, a regeneration route 4 is provided in either of the air supply route 104 and the air discharge route 105, and when the moisture absorbing route 3 is provided in the air supply route 104, the regeneration route 4 is provided in the air discharge route 105 and, when the moisture absorbing route 3 is provided in the air discharge route 105, the regeneration route 4 is provided in the air discharge route 104. Thus, with such an inexpensive structure as the single regenerative heater 3, the ventilating and moisture conditioning apparatus capable of suppressing the inflow of moisture in rainy season and summer season and the outflow of indoor moisture in winter season can be provided.
