PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make such constitution wherein residual oil does not remain in a flow passage portion at which a fuel flow passage is reversed in an atomizer body of a burner for oil fuels after performing a purge by steam. SOLUTION: The atomizer body communicates with a U-shaped oil fuel flow passage which supplies the oil fuel to a straight tube of the oil fuel burner for jetting the oil fuel and the straight tube of the oil fuel burner, and has a U-shaped flow passage for an oil atomizing medium parallel to the U-shaped oil fuel flow passage. The curved fuel flow passage where the fuel cannot easily remain is made by forming the U-shaped (fuel) flow passage of the atomizer body into a circular arc shape or a combination shape of a circular arc and a straight line, so that the passage has no place where the fuel remains and the purge by steam inhibits most of the oil fuel left in the fuel flow passage from remaining.
