PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fume hood control system locally exhausting toxic gas or the like generated in the environment accompanied by danger to the safety of operators and to products, such as research facilities, a factory or a hospital, particularly capable of acquiring data on the safety of the operators. SOLUTION: A data collecting module 2 collects the data showing operating condition from each fume hood 1. A server device 3 calculates the simultaneous utilization number of the fume hoods 1 utilized on the basis of the collected data, and calculates a simultaneous utilization rate obtained by dividing the simultaneous utilization number by all the fume hoods 1. The server device 3 calculates the maximum amount of exhaust air which is the total sum of the amount of the instantaneous exhaust air of each fume hood 1, on the basis of the collected data, and calculates a safety margin which is the difference between the maximum amount of exhaust air and the designed maximum amount of exhaust air which is the maximum amount of exhaust air which an exhaust system 9 can exhaust.
