PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type (W/O type) emulsified composition excellent in refreshing feelings upon use and lightness of slip during use (during application to the skin) and free from oiliness of the skin after use (after application), free from powery feeling and excellent in usability. SOLUTION: The water-in-oil type emulsified composition comprises an organic modified clay mineral, a nonionic surfactant, water, 1-10 wt.% ester oil, 5-30 wt.% volatile oil and at least nylon powder in an amount of 0.1-5 wt.% as powdery component (with the proviso that total powdery amount is≤5 wt.%).
