PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair ornament which is attached easily and properly and obtains an excellent decorative effect and its attaching method. SOLUTION: The hair ornament is added to the hair H and placed in a pendent manner at an appropriate place on the head. The hair ornament includes a tubular element 11 having an inner hole for penetrating the hair H and having a head decorating device such as a plurality of fine fibers 12 attached in the peripheral part and an intervening insertion material 13 attached in the inner hole in order that the tubular element 11 is bound to the hair. The tubular element 11 is bound to the hair by penetrating the hair with the intervening insertion material 13 through the inner hole. The hair ornament includes a guiding material 14 which has a hook part 14a formed to hook the hair and is penetrated through the inner hole, and the hair H is guided to penetrate through the inner hole by the guiding material 14. The hair ornament is attached by inserting the intervening insertion material 13 into the inner hole of the tubular element 11 in a springing manner. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
