<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric backplane board for simplifying connection of a circuit board, a light emitting element and a light receiving element for performing light communication, signal input and output, and power supply to the circuit board, in addition to positioning relative positions of a light data bus, the light emitting element and the light receiving element. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric backplane board 10 comprises the light data bus 40, a light data bus fixed board 20 for forming a recess part for light data bus insertion inserting the light data bus 40, and a printed wiring board 30 mounting the light data bus fixed board.
