摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light and small light source device with high luminance and long life which emits totally new light from an outgoing face side. <P>SOLUTION: Pattern pressing is performed on a lead frame, and insertion molding is performed by resin. Wavelength conversion material mixed paste prepared in a different process 1 by a stamper is transferred in a position on which a semiconductor light emitting element is placed. Transparent adhesive is added to an upper position on which wavelength conversion material mixed paste is transferred, and the semiconductor light emitting element is placed on it. It is carried into a thermostatic oven, and paste and transparent adhesive are cured. An electrode of the semiconductor light emitting element and a pattern of the sheet lead frame are electrically connected by wire bonding. A whole recess formed by insertion molding by installing the semiconductor light emitting element and metallic wire is filled with transparent resin which is mixed and de-aerated in a different process 2. It is carried into the thermostatic oven and transparent resin is cured.
