<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise members and provide a time charged space for people who want to study, read, work overtime, write, develop oneself or the like in a place other than a home or office. <P>SOLUTION: The time charged common study room is one room with on-desk illuminance of 300 lux or more, and chairs and desks of a height of 60cm or more for a multiplicity of people, and it provides a space for the purpose of studying, reading and office work. It is a study room with the desks arranged so that a center distance between adjacent people of 80cm or more is secured when there is a partition plate, and it is 90cm or more when there is no partition plate. Hour based rental is carried out by prepayment of a usage charge, or settlement after usage of a certain time.
