PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacture while providing high rigidity strength of the whole panel and excellent heat insulating properties. SOLUTION: This panel 1 for a wash stand comprises a hollow molding 2 made of thermoplastic resin and having a surface wall 21, a back face wall 22, and a hollow part 23 provided therein with a built-in foam 3 with foam grains 31 heat-fused to one another by heat-foaming thermoplastic pre-expanded grains. The heated thermoplastic resin is filled in a molding to form the hollow molding 2, and then the thermoplastic pre-expanded grains are charged in the hollow part 23 and heat-foamed while fusing the foam grains 31 to one another to form the foam 3 in the hollow part.
