PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold assembly for injection molding which is used for injection molding of an injection-molded article with high accuracy and high quality by high productivity and high yield by using a bearing for mold releasing of an insert for molding an undercut part of the injection-molded article, rotating the insert and thereby facilitating to release the insert from the injection-molded article and accelerating mold releasing. SOLUTION: In the mold assembly for injection molding for molding the injection-molded article M with the undercut part in both directions through a parting line, the mold assembly for injection molding is characterized in that the insert forming the undercut part is constituted of inserts 34 and 35 on the fixed side and inserts 57, 58 and 59 on the movable side, and the insert 35 on the fixed side and the insert 59 on the movable side are freely movably supported respectively by a fixed side mold platen 33 and a movable side mold platen 56 through rotating bearings 40 and 60.
