PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system prepared for communication between radio base stations and capable of allowing a radio network control device to reduce the control load of a communication line with each radio base station device (RBSD) and improving the line efficiency of the whole system. SOLUTION: The communication system is provided with the radio network control device for storing the identification (ID) information of an RBSD to be a communication source and communicating a radio signal with a specific RBSD while distinguishing a plurality of RBSDs, a master RBSD for setting an inherent communication line, connecting the radio network control device and setting up a channel only for radio communication with another RBSD on the basis of ID information specified by the radio network control device, and a slave RBSD for communicating with a radio signal with the radio network control device through the communication line of the master RBSD by allowing the master RBSD to interrupt the communication.
