PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple burglar preventing and disaster preventing system which can be arbitrarily set and operated by an individual user. SOLUTION: An alarming system 1 is provided with a detecting part 101 for detecting that the occurrence of a predetermined event related with a crime, accident, and disaster is sensed by sensing means 21 and 22, a destination setting part 102 for making it possible for a user to arbitrarily set one or more destinations, an alarm information generating part 103 for generating alarm information being information for alarming the occurrence of the predetermined event on the basis of the detection of the sensing of the occurrence of the predetermined event by the sensing means 21 and 22 by the detecting part 101, and an alarm information transmitting part 104 for transmitting the alarm information generated by the alarm information generating part 103 through an electric communication line to one or more destinations set by the destination setting part 102.
