PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof supporting implement and a double-floor supporting structure which can adequately exert vibration-proof performance on an impact imparted to a floor panel by the jumping of a child and the like, and can effectively suppress noise transmitted downstairs. SOLUTION: The floor panel P is supported via the vibration-proof supporting implement 10 which is installed on a slab S so as to support the undersurface side of the floor panel P. The implement 10 comprises a supporting leg 11 which is located on the undersurface side of the floor panel P, a vibration-proof elastic body 12 which is mounted on the supporting leg 11, and a shock-absorbing supporting means 13 which is provided on the slab S so as to support the elastic body 12. The means 13 is equipped with a movement and retraction area H which moves the elastic body 12 downward and reduces the stress of the elastic body 12, when an impact force such as a heavyweight impact sound is imparted to the floor panel P.
