PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly cope with a change in the inside diameter of an opening 14 of a floor (or a wall) 12 where a combustible long body passes or the outside diameter of a set of the combustible long bodies 10, and the eccentricity of the combustible long body, so that even if thermal elongation and contraction occur in the combustible long body 10, a fire-protecting material is hardly moved. SOLUTION: A belt-like body 24 having elasticity and a ceramic wool 26 are stacked and put in a flat bag 28, and the inner surface side of the flat bag 28 is provided with a pocket 30 for fire-protecting material to form a fire-protecting holder 22 which is used in performing fire protection. A support metal fitting 34 is set in the opening 14 of the floor 12 where the combustible long body passes, and the fire-protecting material holder 22 is rolled to be cylindrical and set on the support metal fitting 34 with the pocket 30 inside. The pocket 30 of the fire-protecting material holder 22 is stuffed with the fire-protecting material made of a heat resisting sealing material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
