PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter capable of daylighting, easy in use and surely mounting a daylighting plate to the shutter composed of a slat formed in a curved side-shape. SOLUTION: The daylighting shutter equipped with the slat 22 formed in the curved side-shape and mounting the daylighting plate 30 composed of a transparent material on a daylighting opening hole 40 is so constituted that a plate body 30a having a size covering the opening hole 40 and formed in a curved side-shape by being matched to the slat 22 and hooks 34 and 36 holding the slat 22 between the plate body 30a and the inside edge of the opening hole 40 in the direction of a thickness are combined with the daylighting plate 30, a notch is formed at the inside edge parallel in the direction of the rolling up and down of the shutter of the opening hole 40 and that the hook 36 is engaged with the notch to mount the daylighting plate 30 to the opening hole 40.
