PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous aseptic packaging apparatus by which a head space concentration just after hermetical sealing is≤1% while sterilization corresponding to an ordinary temperature circulation of a food filled in a container is kept. SOLUTION: The continuous aseptic packaging apparatus is provided with an aseptic room movably storing a cup receiving stand (10) arranged continuously in the cup forwarding direction and holding a cup, and the open air in this sterilization room is replaced with nitrogen gas. Recessed parts 1 (15 and 16) are formed on both side parts of the cup receiving stand (10) and a projected part (19) of a pushing tool (17) is hooked to this recessed part. A magnet (20) is buried in the pushing tool (17). The cup receiving stand (10) and the pushing tool (17) are transferred in the aseptic room. A conveyor belt (22) is provided on the outsides of both side walls of the aseptic room, and a magnet (26) with a reverse polarity to the magnet (20) of the pushing tool (17) is buried in this conveyor belt (22). The cup receiving stand (10) is transferred through the pushing tool (17) accompanied with movement of the conveyor belt out of the aseptic room. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
