PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle console box which is easily carried when the vehicle console box is attached/detached to/from a vehicle. SOLUTION: A handle 40 with one end thereof turnably supported by a peripheral edge of an opening part 31 of a console box body 30 which is removably placed on a base 20 fitted to a floor of a vehicle is turnably fitted so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the console box body 30 on the peripheral edge of the opening part 31 when accommodated, and the handle 40 is pulled out in an inverted condition.
