PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment which is obtained by completely bonding, to each other, joint portions of block bodies made of a fiber reinforced resin, completely preventing infiltration of water from the outside of shield works, and is improved in cutoff property thereof, thereby improving walking performance during construction of the shield works, ensuring safety at the construction site, and improving workability of the shield works. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the segment 14 set in a shield works main body 11 beforehand, at least a portion of the segment 14 in which a shield machine 12 passes, can be cut away, and the portion which can be cut away is formed of a plurality of block bodies 2 bonded together by a foaming adhesive 3.
