PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrated color developing composition which suppresses the change of oxidation-reduction potential due to storage at high temperature and effectively suppresses the change of gamma balance by development before and after storage, and also to provide a processing method using the same. SOLUTION: The concentrated color developing composition for a silver halide photographic sensitive material containing a p-phenylenediamine color developing agent is a single-part concentrated color developing composition containing a water-soluble organic solvent and having an Na ion to K ion molar ratio of≥3 and a sulfate ion to carbonate ion molar ratio of≥0.25.
