PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, safely, and efficiently introduce a peptide, a DNA protein complex or a metallic fine particle into a prokaryotic cell having a cell wall consisting mainly of a peptideglycan. SOLUTION: A method comprises introducing the peptide, the DNA protein complex or the metallic fine particle into the prokaryotic cell having the cell wall consisting mainly of the peptideglycan, wherein the method is conducted in coexistence of a transfection reagent.
