PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field-management machine provided with a spraying boom to solve the problems such as the horizontal control of the spraying boom under unbalance load, delay of the action of a hydraulic cylinder and confirmation of rolling operation in the handling, maintenance, etc., of both side booms. SOLUTION: The field-management machine with a spraying boom is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 5 to perform the rolling drive of a spraying boom supporting frame for supporting the spraying boom and a directional control valve 4 to perform the double-acting control of the hydraulic cylinder 5. Throttle members 6,8 to restrict the flow rate of the hydraulic oil in the discharging direction from the hydraulic cylinder and control the extension speed of the cylinder within a prescribed range are placed between the directional control valve 4 and the rod-side port and bottom-side port of the hydraulic cylinder 5.
