<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution method for a membership organization whereby each store can independently set sales promotion by distributing emails using a membership information database, extract the membership information database including address data based on a certain range on a map, and makes information distribution and sales promotion efficient by obtaining the newest and most reliable mail addresses of members. <P>SOLUTION: Each store 2 is equipped with an automatic communication executing means 6 with a program to transmit emails to the terminal server 11 of an administrative headquarter 3 as it is connected to the personal digital assistance 5, and an automatic ID transmission device 10 having an ID input means 8 for inputting membership IDs. A Web site to be accessed from the network terminals 12 of the stores is constructed at the terminal server.
